L&H TTS3000 British English is an addon to text to speech master. The addon installs automatically and does not require user interaction. It's free to download from product page and it's available worldwide. Also you must have Text To Speech Master installed for it to work properly.
Combines voices in that way that they are recognised by a screen reader.
